My name is Katie Muggli, I’m a writer and foodservice professional. I have been in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, scrubbing my first dirty dish at age 15. Throughout college and grad school I worked full time serving and tending bar. One thing I have learned is that we all have stories—some of the greatest and foulest experiences I have had throughout my life have taken place in the restaurants where I have worked.
